Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are personal fragrance items, returns are accepted under limited conditions:

• Non-Returnable: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume oils cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Eligible Returns: We accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Shyguyperfume@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
